what happened over spring break....

So this is going to be a big random assortment of things I did over Spring break!=) and in no particular order, this blog thing just loads pictures weird, so I'm gonna work with what I can=)
Anyway, over the break I got my hair changed up a little bit-but some brown 'low lights' in it, its pretty different, but I am liking it more and more...we'll see=)
This is Jordan playing 'big brother' with Gabe! This pic is totally out of order, its supposed to go down with the one by Emma, but I am too lazy to try and fix it=) They were wrestling-it was pretty cute!
And this is a pic from our niece Madeline's 2 year birthday party!!! I cannot believe I forgot my camera at home, so I only had Jordan's phone to take a few pics with, and they didn't turn out so great, but at least I have a couple..Jordan changed his hair a little too (if you can tell from above picture) we tried to give him an 'older' look, but I don't think he really likes it -(just between you and me) b/c he's worn a hat everyday since....so, I dont know=)
Aww-there's Mom and Peyton helpin Madeline blow out her candles!!
Eating dinner with the Carl's for Mom Carl's bday!! It as good to see them=)
Then below are pics from my trip to Alabama/Florida to see Trisha!! It was soo good to catch up and just get to hang out again!!
We were on the beach for like 2.5 seconds-b/c we were looking at the actual place of the wedding and it is right in front of this beach-it is gorgeous and on the Navy Base!
When I was there I got to address all her invitations=) It was pretty crazy though, I did it in the car, and late late at night-but i got it finished-!!
At the wedding coordinators place, it was fun! I am glad I was there to help out with the plans! The table to our right is a sample of the colors of the wedding-that pretty blue and silver/ivory!
The soon-to-be-newlyweds!!
Showing off our new shoes in front of Brio-the rest. trisha used to work at!!
And this is at Cheesecake factory, the first night I was there! We had a blast and did a lot of good catching up together! It was a short, but super fun trip!! I can't wait to see her again in May!!

where is spring break??

Can't wait for Spring Break to get here, I am definitely a little burned out of the whole school thing at this point...I am also very excited that over the break I am going to Alabama to see my best friend Trisha and help her plan her wedding that is in May!! The above picture is her and I at my rehearsal dinner of my wedding back in 2006=) I am her Maid of Honor, and its so sweet b/c she was MY maid of honor-and we had told each other since we were like 5 that we would be each other's maids of honor when we got older=) (I know, like that movie right??) Its pretty cool. I am going over Spring Break b/c she is getting married when I am still in school, so I couldn't be there as long as I would have liked to for the actual wedding to help out and stuff, so I'm going now to help her in advance as much as I can! I am so excited to do wedding stuff  with her, I wish I lived closer so I could go to all the showers and do more, but such is life.
These are a couple of their engagement photo's -Trisha and Billy!! sooo precious!

OK and the pictures below are from last weekend. Jordan played with Ben at his church's DNOW and it was fun to get to actually listen to Jordan play, instead of always being in the band with him-it makes me appreciate him more=) If that was possible! Anyway, we went out to eat afterwards with his parents and it was a lot of fun to be together.

Jordan and his cousin Ben, acting goofy, of course, anytime a camera is near:
Jordan was playing electric this time instead of acoustic:
Jordan and Ben's voices sound amazing together, especially since they are related=)
That is all for now. I will be posting Alabama pics later when I get back=)

Red Envelope Campaign

I know some people might see this as a 'waste of time', but, I just feel that its better than sitting around and doing absolutely NOTHING. It is simple and doesn't take a lot of time. You can click on the link below for more info, but I have copy and pasted most of it:
Actual website of project:

An article about it;

Here is what I would like you to do:
Get a red envelope. You can buy them at Kinkos, or at party supply stores. On the front, address it to:

President Barack Obama
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave. N.W.
Washington , D.C. 20500
On the back, write the following message.

This envelope represents one child who died in abortion. It is empty because that life was unable to offer anything to the world. Responsibility begins with conception.
Put it in the mail, and send it. Then send this website to every one of your friends who you think would send one too. I wish we could send 50 million red envelopes, one for every child who died before having a a chance to live. Maybe it will change the heart of the president.
